I am an Information Systems professional passionate about leveraging technology to optimize business processes, enhance security, and improve user experiences. Pursuing my degree at San Diego State University, I have hands-on experience in IT support, data analysis, and enterprise system management, including IT controls testing at Midland Credit Management and managing over 200 devices at SDSU. My skills include network troubleshooting, SQL, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365, and I excel in problem-solving environments that require analytical thinking and collaboration. Outside of work, I stay active through basketball, hiking, and working out, which keep me motivated and reinforce discipline and teamwork.
